About Me
Do you wake up each day wanting to make a change in your life, but not sure how to make things better? Do you dread going to work or school? Perhaps you have attempted to solve your concerns on your own with little success. Imagine if you knew just what to do to set things right. With care and support, you can feel better.
Since 2010, I've empowered people like you to:
Develop insight into patterns of negative beliefs about themselves, others, and the world, and learn to relate to themselves with compassion
Navigate life changes like a move, break up, career transition, rejection, or negative feedback
Reduce depression, anxiety, chronic life and career dissatisfaction, low self-worth and low confidence

I am a Certified Career Counselor (CCC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Certified Employee Assistance Provider (CEAP) and a certified MBTI practitioner.

Each person has the opportunity to design their future. Let's work together to create yours.
